Steak and bacon have never let me down.
Tonight dinner was steak, cooked in lard and butter. Also made chicken soup with vegetable and mushroom. Desserts were flourless chocolate cake, cherries, and sweet potatoes.
A hearty lunch from Tops Market.
Good grass fed beef for dinner.
Eggs and pork for breakfast.
After breakfast I had coffee, mixed with coconut oil and butter.
Dinner was very simple.
