Low carb, high fat (lchf) paleo since Feb 2012. Very low carb since Jun 2013. Still an ongoing self experiment.
What I eat: Meats, seafood, eggs, cheese, butter, coconuts, and a little bit of veggies (as seasoning). Real food. No added sugar, wheat, vegetable oil, supplements. I make exceptions sometimes for my wife’s desserts.
